As a kid, my folks to us to Garden of the Gods. I felt like I had entered into an ancient and magical place. Thus I love the picture. I have only recently become familiar with John Piper. Any suggestions on a book I might read? Thanks for sharing.
Hi Sandi, Garden of the Gods is amazing! If you click on Colorado Photography from my blog's menu quite a few are taken there!
As far as John Piper, he's a good writer and has written prolifically but you might start with his most famous work: Desiring God, or then perhaps a book like: "The Hidden Smile of God: The Fruit of Affliction in the Lives of John Bunyan, William Cowper, and David Brainerd" (Crossway, 2008).
He also has a website where you can listen to his sermons. He is strongly in the reformed tradition if that matters to you!
